Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and analyzing end-to-end randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to measure the causal impact of advertising strategies, including determining sample sizes, monitoring experiment integrity, and interpreting results for business decisions; Developing and maintaining high-performance, real-time metric computation systems using C++, ensuring accurate tracking and low-latency processing under large-scale traffic; Creating and optimizing scalable data processing jobs using Apache Spark to handle petabyte-scale advertising logs, generating aggregated datasets for analysis, reporting, and model training; Designing and implementing microservices and distributed systems in Go to support metric computation, data ingestion, and API services, focusing on concurrency, performance, and system reliability; and Monitoring and improving the stability, latency, and scalability of big data pipelines and serving systems to ensure high availability and accuracy of core advertising metrics for global users. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
