A Student Success Coach proactively contacts and meets with enrolled and active students via telephone, e-mail, text and in person sessions to develop student success plan, increase student engagement, retention, and program completion. · Build and manage supportive, welcoming, and inclusive coaching relationships with our student body, primarily through synchronous phone communications, supported by email and text messaging and individual sessions as needed.
