Key responsibilities include administration tasks such as ensuring completion of onboarding for each new and transfer Partner, finalizing new hire paperwork, conducting Store orientation, assigning a Partner Buddy in assigned department, collaborating with Store Admin to transition new hires, consulting Department Managers to assign a Partner Buddy for new-hire training, partnering with Department Managers to ensure hourly non-management Partners complete required training, scheduling and coordinating instructor-led and computer-based trainings, tracking execution of total Store training, scheduling first 90-day check-ins with assigned Partners, Managers, and Store Leaders, conducting 30-day check-ins, reviewing internal communications, supporting Top Store Leader in talent planning for hourly non-management, providing weekly Store Talent updates related to hiring, onboarding, training, and Partner career planning and growth, coordinating career conversations and development series sessions for hourly non-management Partners with Store leadership, working with Store leadership to provide accurate, timely, and candid feedback about Partner strengths and training developmental needs, communicating Partner concerns to Store leadership and HR Manager when appropriate, and performing the tasks of store Administrative Assistant as necessary. Physical demands and working conditions include functioning in a fast-paced, demanding environment that requires detailed, precision work, working a flexible schedule (onboarding may occur on weekends, overnight or during late evening), working with Customers and Partners, staying attentive to their needs, constantly sitting, reaching at waist, and grasping, frequently performing fine motor movements, occasionally standing, walking, reaching overhead, reaching at shoulder, reaching at knee, reaching at floor, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, stair climbing, pivoting, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, and shoulder circumduction, occasionally being exposed to cold & hot temperatures, loud noise, wet conditions, demonstrating the ability to lift 35 lbs, and manage more than 35 lbs.
