Communication and Documentation: Complete accurate documentation, attend required meetings and trainings, support policies and the agency's mission, promote teamwork and problem-solving, participate in developing person-centered goals, implement individual plans and behavior strategies, and manage challenging behaviors according to the plan. Managerial Duties: Provide daily staffing support, work the same hours as individuals, teach employment skills, serve as a liaison to outside agencies, ensure professional communication, protect individuals' rights, deliver high-quality job training, and assist employers in supervising individuals at job sites for future independent employment.
