p>Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 3 years of experience in an area such as case management, coaching, counseling, working with diverse and vulnerable populations, crisis coordination, family engagement in community-based social service agencies, schools, and/or non-profit organizations. The Coach will manage an ongoing caseload and will be responsible for identifying, researching, and establishing a connection with resources and services throughout Jefferson County and connecting those resources to participants of Jeffco Prosperity Partners.
