Nice to have: Experience in the LTC Insurance or Financial Services industry 3-5 years of experience in: Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) Docker containerization Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or equivalent) CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, or similar Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, or message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Service Bus) Familiarity with cloud networking, cloud security models, secrets management, and API gateways Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks for UI (e.g., React, Angular 2+), even if backend-focused Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and advancing application modernization practices Working knowledge of ITIL framework Experience or familiarity with Pega and/or OpenText Exstream software.
