As our first in-house IT hire, youll own everything from device management and SaaS administration to security and compliance working directly with our Engineering and People teams to make sure every butter slice has the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work, as we scale toward powering the next billion changemakers. Nonprofits use Givebutter to replace multiple tools so they can launch fundraisers and events, use donation forms and donor management (CRM), send emails and text blasts-all in one place.
ul>Establish and review at least annually the companys IT environment/architecture and identify opportunities for hardware and software changes (products and/or configuration) to improve security, reliability, performance, accessibility or to lower costs. Maintenance relationships with key vendors such as Microsoft, Dell, Varonis, Fortinet, Allworx, etc. for the purchase and support of IT hardware and software.
