The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Lead engineering teams consisting of entry to mid-level engineers and technicians in development of roadway and bridge design plans for transportation projects with WVDOH and local agencies Perform business development and marketing activities in order to generate future business Project scoping and budget development, including complex and high-profile roadway design projects Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public Manage innovative transportation projects including financial, schedule, and design task management to deliver high quality plans Project financials, invoicing, and cash collections Assist with development of marketing strategies for targeted projects and clients within West Virginia As part of this role, you will attend our AECOM Project Management Certification Program.
