Experience Five (5) years of experience supporting device testing, software testing, quality assurance, or technical operations environments + Five (5) years of experience managing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining workstations, devices, and operating systems in a healthcare or enterprise environment + Experience supporting complex testing initiatives across multiple platforms and operating systems + Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and peripheral technologies + Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills + Knowledge of software/device testing methodologies and quality assurance practices + Experience with asset management and inventory controls + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced testing environment + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders + Ability to identify workflow improvements and operational efficiencies Physical Requirements: (Medium - Max 25 lbs.)
