Position Summary: The pharmacy manager - operations assists the Director of Pharmacy in managing and coordinating, through supervisory personnel, all aspects of pharmacy operations, including managing and mentoring staff, developing and enforcing policies and procedures, assisting with project management, preparing and maintaining accreditation, and accounting for the pharmacy's overall financial results.
