Requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g., G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education Experience in the aerospace or similar highly regulated manufacturing industry is a significant plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential Ability to read and interpret sales orders, part numbers, and product specifications Basic computer proficiency, including experience with WMS, ERP systems, or inventory management software Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Previous experience with aerospace components or high-value, sensitive materials.
