Additionally, this position is responsible for responding to vendor inquiries, preparing monthly general ledger account closing reconciliations, preparing monthly account reconciliations, documenting control logs, preparing 1099 forms, processing electronic files for positive pay to the bank, and maintaining the vendor master files in the accounting system.
