About Farmers Insurance Protégé Program
The Farmers Insurance Protégé Program is designed for driven, entrepreneurial individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales with the goal of agency ownership. Protégés work directly with an experienced Farmers Agent Mentor, learning the business from the ground up while developing sales, marketing, and leadership skills.
This role is ideal for competitive, coachable sales professionals who want income growth, structured training, and a defined path toward leadership or agency ownership.
Position
Working alongside an established agency leader, you'll receive hands-on training in the areas that drive long-term agency success while continuing to build your sales and leadership capabilities. This structured development opportunity is designed to help experienced insurance professionals gain the skills, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to prepare for future agency opportunities.
