Taproom Manager | Brewers at 4001 Yancey - Charlotte, NC Artisanal Brewing VenturesTaproom Manager | Brewers at 4001 Yancey - Charlotte, NCCharlotte, North CarolinaKey Responsibilities•* Responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations including, but not limited to, supervising restaurant staff, employee hiring and training, and daily maintenance of the restaurant•* Work with the General Manager and Restaurant Management team to establish a strong team culture and create policies/procedures as needed to continually run day-to-day operations and exceed guest expectations•* Collect, evaluate and respond to guest feedback as needed•* Ensure a smooth front-of-house operation at all times, and step in to lead and assist staff as necessary during busy, peak times•* Assist General Manager with all sales and reporting tracking, and contributing to the preparation of reports to share with senior leadershipRequirements•* A minimum of 1 year as a restaurant manager•* Preferred experience in working in various other restaurant roles as a server, host, bartender, etc. We’re based in Charlotte’s South End, a spot we like to call “The Craft District,” and we’re always looking for passionate folks who want to jump in, share their skills, and help us keep pushing craft beverages to new heights.
