About the Job: This position serves as the Licensing Renewal Coordinator of the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOi), The Licensing Renewal Coordinator ls charged with the responsibility of maintaining state compliance with the laws, rules, policies, and procedures of renewal and reinstatement licensing of resident and non-resident insurance producers (agents/brokers) and consultants, and resident and non-resident Insurance agencies, The position accepts and reviews license renewal and reinstatement applications, Including any civil, criminal, or administrative background documents, and makes determinations as to a candidate's eliglblllty for renewal of a license as governed through the laws, rules, and policies of the state. The position works with system vendors, such as Vertafore/Slrcon and NIPR, In troubleshooting system errors, addressing insurance producer, consultant, or agency renewal/reinstatement concerns, and Implementing system or process improvements.
