h5>Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of administrative support duties within the assigned department • Prepare, review, and process documents and reports • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with other department systems • Maintain confidential company and departmental information • Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers • Assist with data organization, recordkeeping, and department processes • Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies • Support department projects and team initiatives as needed .
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications • Experience with timekeeping and financial systems is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities .
