Facilitates the provision of a wide range of student development services and college persistence and retention initiatives such as first-year experience activities, financial aid and scholarship application, new student orientation, curriculum development and instruction, student success workshops, career counseling (assessment, evaluation, and exploration,) satisfactory academic progress interventions, referrals to on-and off-campus resources, exploring of career/employment/continued education opportunities, and student success initiatives and services. This position requires a Master's degree in Counseling and Guidance, Counseling Psychology, College Student Personnel Services, Human Resources (to include both CTAHR and Personnel), Communications or related field; OR Bachelor's degree in Counseling and Guidance, Counseling Psychology, College Student Personnel Services; Human Resources (to include both CTAHR and Personnel), Communications or related field; AND 3 years related work experience.
