ul>Red Cross or American Heart Association Adult CPR, AED & First Aid Certification designated timeframe outlined for program (online training is not valid); and, If Group Exercise Instructor, must have valid certification for specific group exercise format or nationally recognized Group Exercise Instructor Certification, or related and recognized certification, OR.

If Group Exercise Instructor: If Aquatics Instructor: Works primarily inside, minimal with exposure to sun, heat, cold and inclement weather, noise, chemicals, debris, odor, and rough terrain; occasionally requires irregular and/or prolonged hours.
