Under the supervision of the Director, the Progressive Neuro/Trauma Nurse Manager oversees the staff of the Progressive Neuro/Trauma Unit and works closely with the department director, clinical educator, and resource nurses to guide the department's growth, patient satisfaction, physician relationships, and fiscal responsibility.
