Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management or related field; five plus years relevant project management experience, demonstrated ability to independently manage scope, schedule, and budget, experience working in occupied facilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of work. Under general direction, demonstrate project management skills in the management of integration/coordination of project elements, delegation of activities in the management of stakeholders, scope management, time management, cost management, quality assurance, managing changes priorities and communication management in the generation, collection, dissemination, storage and ultimate disposition of project information.
