Security Risk Management:

• Support the CISO in the completion of the annual risk assessment required to support client and compliance audits, as well as periodic risk assessments as determined.

In addition to managing internal security policies, this role will be the primary point of contact for client assessments and external audit engagements, ensuring all compliance obligations are met and supporting key security programs, including contingency planning, configuration management, security awareness, client assurance, and change management. The Director of Information Security & Compliance will develop and implement security policies and align organizational practices with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 1/2, Cyber Essentials, and FedRAMP to ensure continuous monitoring of security controls and incident response readiness.

The IT Security Specialist will apply technical expertise to implement and manage security tools, automate key processes, and support incident response activities to minimize business impact and maintain continuity of operations. The individual in this role will work collaboratively with all departments across Aebi Schmidt Group to assess risk, coordinate vulnerability remediation, and develop defensible architectures to protect our assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Technology Operations Specialist to join our IS team and provide endpoint device, application, and basic network infrastructure support for our hospitals in the Detroit, Michigan region, which includes: Select Specialty Hospital - Macomb 215 North Ave Mount Clemens, MI 48043. Work with corporate IS teams and coordinate vendors in the planning and installation of desktop computer hardware, mobile device hardware, software, printer repairs, cabling for local area networks, and other IS projects.

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: A Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field of study, plus considerable relevant management experience in an IT environment including in-house applications development, systems design and evaluation, job design, development and management of technology budgets, cost allocations and pricing, as well as staff development and training. DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF WORK: This is specialized administrative work in the overall management of the City's information systems in a complex data and telecommunications environment, including computer services; voice, data, and video signals; and public safety support services.
