div class="content">Computer World Services Corp (CWS) is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Customer Service Professional - Warehouse Team Lead who is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations supporting IT asset management, including receiving, inventory control, staging, distribution, and lifecycle management of hardware assets.
- Certifications in asset or inventory management (e.g., Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional ā CHAMP).
* Install, troubleshoot, diagnose & resolve issues with IT network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, WAPs, etc.) & infrastructure systems (Monitoring Tools, Network Management systems, etc.)
* Hands-on with hardware & software including server room & patch room build outs
* Operate infrastructure networks equipment/systems under FDA regulations & guidelines as they relate to computer-based information & automation systems
* Provide tier 1-2 IT network support, including after-hours
* Provide tier 1-2 server administration/support for onsite virtual servers
* Provide tier 1 support of site ERP system, SAP, including iDOC monitoring, analysis, & resolution * Liaison between Site end users & HQ end user support for site ERP system, SAP
* Provide ad-hoc production support & after-hours support to the site for IT related issues
* Maintain network/infrastructure documentation in accordance with corporate requirements
* Support backup/restore processes for manufacturing systems
* Interacts with equipment & service vendors for troubleshooting, installation, improving reliability &/or efficiency purposes
* Provide superior customer service
* Adheres to safety procedures including, but not limited to wearing product specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements, safety glasses, lock out, confine space & other company policies & procedures
* Follows all cGMPs & ensures that product is manufactured according to procedure & current Good Manufacturing Practices
* Maintains training readiness *
Follow all safety and environmental requirements in the performance of duties
* Other accountabilities as assigned.

* Close collaboration with Delivery teams
* Ensures that the track aligns with scope and objectives
* Determine and align expectations during the project phases for the implementation
* Work with project management team and effectively communicate project task completion and milestones.
