The responsibility of the job is to provide support to the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) area and all users of the systems including but not limited to maintenance of system security roles, support and configuration of Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits and Core HR, Applicant Tracking System, Learning Management System, liaison between HR and Information Technology (IT), query and reporting creation and support, form creation and support, providing front line customer service support to HR, all in an effort to enhance HR's ability to demonstrate HR systems for the maximum benefit to all users, in order to gain efficiency and accuracy within the HR department. Configure, test, and implement changes or improvements on Human Capital Management (HCM) System (Security, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Core HR, Benefits, Forms and General Ledger), Applicant Tracking, Talent Management System (Learning, Development, Performance and Succession), ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Products, and OrgPublisher.
