The Information Technology Analyst - Applications and Analytics will respond to and resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs); analyze and troubleshoot application issues, working collaboratively with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement timely solutions; gather and document business and technical requirements for system enhancements and upgrades; support application configurations, integrations, API connections, and data exchanges between Public Safety and enterprise systems; participate in workflow analysis, testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance), and production deployment support, prepare and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and change management updates; support security, compliance, and governance processes under senior staff guidance; contribute to business process improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery; and perform related duties as required. The Information Technology department's responsibilities include computer hardware systems, data and telecomm infrastructure, data management, information security, radio and wireless communications, software and applications, telephone and voice systems.
