Essential Job Duties: Utilize the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to receive, prioritize, update, and complete electrical repair work orders, ensuring accurate and timely documentationAccurately document work performed in the CMMS, including notes, parts used, labor time, and status updatesRespond to internal store service requests and travel from the Support Office to store locations to assess and complete electrical repairsRespond promptly to emergency electrical issues to minimize operational disruptionInspect, operate, and test electrical systems located in floor areas, back rooms, mechanical spaces, and rooftopsTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems including wiring, lighting, panels, circuits, and controlsInstall, repair, or replace electrical components such as breakers, switches, outlets, fixtures, and control systemsMonitor system performance and electrical loads to identify and resolve potential issuesPerform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical infrastructure and store equipmentOperate lifts, ladders, and material handling equipment as neededUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyMaintain accurate service logs and documentationCommunicate effectively with store teammates, leadership, and vendorsMaintain a professional, service-oriented presence in store environmentsOperate forklifts, scissor lifts, and hand jacks as needed to access and complete maintenance and repairs in various equipment locationsUse hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned workMaintain accurate service logs, work orders, and basic computer-based documentationCommunicate effectively and professionally with store teammates, leadership, and vendors regarding service needs and repairsProvide a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence while working in store environmentsOther Duties and Responsibilities: Support additional maintenance or facility-related needsPerform other duties as assignedCompetencies for Success: Job & Technical Expertise: Demonstrate depth of knowledge and skill in a technical or functional area. Minimum Qualifications: Required: Electrical maintenance experience, apprenticeship experience, trade school training, or a combination thereofPreferred: 3+ years of electrical maintenance and facilities maintenance experienceRequired: Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting (commercial preferred)Required: Experience using a CMMS or work order management system, or the ability to learn and effectively utilize such systemsRequired: High school diploma or GEDRequired: Valid driver's licenseHighly Preferred: Trade school or technical certification in electrical systems.
