- Contribute to the planning and delivery of audits across business functions in line with audit methodology.
li>Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant account planning, capture, and opportunity execution activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, ensuring execution of customer call plans to shape acquisitions in order to respond to and win business with new and existing customers. This individual will be expected to collaborate with other team members from business development, operational leadership, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to build and execute call plans to position ByLight for successful pursuits and the submission of competitive proposals.
li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate physicians and non-physicians, manage multiple assignments, work successfully with a diversity of people and locations, maintain good working relationships; Supportive team member; Ability to establish effective relationships quickly with both clients and non-clients preferred. Develop relationships with appropriate outpatient resources such as skilled nursing facilities, sobering centers, urgent care centers, primary care physicians, and mental health crisis centers.
