Job Duties & Responsibilities Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra's goals and market opportunities Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree Experience: 4+ years Preferred Qualifications None NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
