p>Preferred Qualifications: • The ideal candidate will have a Masters Degree in a STEM related discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) and 4 years of technical experience with 1 year as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a classified environment • Experience and familiarity with IT infrastructure (i.e., virtualization, networking, data center architecture, cloud, or systems administration) • Experience with Linux, RedHat, Solaris, CentOS, and AWS Cloud • Proven leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills • Demonstrate exemplary professionalism and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations • Demonstrate strong team building/collaboration skills • Demonstrated mentoring and coaching skills, and excellent 2-way communication skills (upward and downward) • Demonstrate time management and organizational skills to prioritize across concurrent program and functional responsibilities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Masters degree with 3 years of relevant technical experience; OR a Bachelors degree with 5 years of relevant technical experience is required • Experience with Windows domains, including but not limited to Active Directory, GPOs, Policies, and permissions • Experience with documentation and configuration management as they pertain to compliance and security controls • Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret/SCI level security clearance to include a recently adjudicated Polygraph (within the last 5 years) in order to be considered.
