Specialized experience for thisposition is defined as: -Directed enterprise IT infrastructure operations supporting mission-critical business systems (i.e. networks, servers, storage, virtualization, Active Directory, telecommunications, cybersecurity, and data center services), ensuring high availability and operational continuity; AND -Led continuous IT service delivery, incident management, and outage restoration efforts, serving as the senior escalation authority for technical issues and critical production system failures; AND -Managed enterprise IT projects and strategic initiatives, developing business cases, project plans, implementation strategies, and support documentation to deliver technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives; AND -Supervised multidisciplinary teams of IT professionals and contractors, overseeing workforce planning, performance management, employee development, staffing actions, and technical training programs.
