Respond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.) • Performs all event and non-event security duties as assigned • Admits building staff, suppliers, contractors, visitors, and guests to the facility according to established security procedures • Answers information requests from staff and guests during events or as needed • Protects Arena equipment, materials, and structures throughout the work schedule • Provides regular security functions within the Arena and related areas, prior to, during and after all events • Responsible for clean, neat appearance • Assist with restricting guest access to restricted locations depending on the event • Assist with crowd control and safety during concerts and large events • When requested, provide escorts of persons to and from locations within the facility • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Event Managers and/or Manager On Duty.
