The ideal candidate will possess the following desired skills and attributes: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, mentor, and develop engineering or technical teams responsible for enterprise network services, including workload prioritization, staff development, performance management, succession planning, and knowledge transfer. Qualified related experience and education: degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Public Administration or professional management experience as a program/unit leader, assigning and reviewing work of professional Information Technology staff (e.g., programmers, developers, engineers, etc.) including responsibility for developing goals and objectives, program evaluation, and monitoring and controlling or preparing a budget.
