What You Will Do: Drive continuous product / process improvements of our supply base by identifying supplier risk & systemic performance issues and driving solutions through various tools/methodologies including, but not limited to: Root Cause Corrective Actions, Product & Process Verifications, and Statistical/analytical improvement tools such as Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies. Experience working with one or more of the following aerospace or commercial equivalent preventative tools - Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Lean Manufacturing, Control Plans, other process improvement tools.

li>Facilitate and drive a cross-functional team in failure analysis, Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations, including identifying non-conformances, providing solutions, tracking issues to closure and guiding Corrective Action Boards (CAB). Core Technical Skills (Non-negotiables) Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5-10 years prior relevant experience.
