Reviewing Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) systems, which includes regularly reporting of metrics and summaries regarding ongoing investigations and ticket tracking, Performing alert triage, which involves investigating and analyzing security incidents, identifying root causes, and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.
