Serve as a key liaison among research participants, clinical staff, physician investigators, laboratory personnel, and biobank teams to ensure research activities are conducted safely, ethically, and in compliance with IRB‑approved protocols and institutional policies. Organize and coordinate operational components of human‑subjects‑based translational research studies, including recruitment, consent, biospecimen collection, processing, storage, and distribution in support of investigator‑initiated research and biobank operations.
