Duties and Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist General Manager in overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant and make final decisions on matters of importance to guest service. A 50 hour work week is expected with hours that vary between 8 AM and 2 AM depending on location.
