li>Work with Study Travel Manager and Marketing staff to create promotional materials, including newsletter articles, brochures, and digital content, coordinate outreach events, webinars, and/or pre-departure meetings, assist manager in maintaining program information on web and registration platforms, support outreach to potential participants and alumni groups.
Resolve logistical issues that arise during programs; support the Group Leader/Trip Host throughout program delivery; troubleshoot on-site challenges and respond quickly to unexpected changes (e.g., schedule adjustments, vendor issues, weather disruptions) while maintaining a consistent, high-quality participant experience.
