Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedures • Clean, dust, wipe, and polish furniture and building furnishings, including moving items as needed • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform specialized floor care such as stripping, buffing, and applying sealers/finishes • Empty, clean, and replace wastebaskets and trash containers • Wash interior and exterior windows, blinds, and clean interior walls, removing adhesives, tacks, and graffiti • Remove recyclable materials from assigned areas and transport them to designated recycling dumpsters • Replace light bulbs as needed • Assist with setup and breakdown of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, and events • Lock and unlock buildings, secure facilities, check doors and windows, and report unauthorized occupants • Follow safety instructions for chemical and supply use and assist with inventory control.
