POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES: Candidates will be evaluated based on application materials, including the supplemental questions and personal interview(s), and will be required to demonstrate competencies in the following areas: Two (2) years' experience or training involving grounds maintenance, gardening, plant care, cultivation, landscape installation, and knowledge of plant material.

Workers must follow all site safety rules, wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, gloves, steel‑toe boots), attend safety briefings, use proper lifting techniques, and report hazards or injuries immediately. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying temperatures and outdoor or industrial environments.

The employee is regularly required to stand or sit for moderate periods of time; walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel; balance; bend and reach with hands and arms; use feet to operate foot pedal operation; and talk or hear. About the Position: Transfer and store inventory and supplies via forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to support production and perform inventory counts and verification activities.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, lift from floor to waist and from shoulders to overhead, uses hands to fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or other controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Performs essential job duties all on time, efficiently, accurately, safely, and in a time sensitive manner due to customer locations requesting that merchandising not be performed during "peak" hours of operations.*
