ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Vacuum, sweep, mop and dust entire office area Empty trash Clean restrooms Perform general yard work (cleans, picks up trash, cuts grass, maintains gardens) Maintain parking areas to keep free of trash Clean dock and dock apron Perform minor building repair and paint as needed Change light bulbs in office area and on dock Change air conditioner filters Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Perform other duties as required Disclaimer: This job description is general in nature and is not designed to contain or to be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, essential functions and qualifications required of employees assigned to the job.
