In this Carpet Care role, at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa you are responsible for cleaning the Resort’s on stage and backstage locations including all interior and exterior public areas,), pool area, lobby, meeting rooms, spa and Utility/Support with Guest interaction. Back of House Locations - Clean and maintain off-stage support areas (offices, break rooms, restrooms, locker rooms)- Includes the use of various types of vacuums.
li>Handle a high volume of transactions, including the handling of many different forms of payment (cash, credit cards, foreign currency, vouchers, etc.) Will be empowered to, and must have ability to confidently utilize service recovery methods. Assist guests/cast with questions, directions, event schedules, and other information regarding the Hotel/Resort to help create a magical experience for our guests/cast.

Reports items of great value left unsecured in hallways and guest rooms to management.
ul>Acts as a fully trained team member supporting and assisting all programming in the Pau Hana Room including facilitating and supporting all family activities for children of all ages. Strong verbal communication skills able to positively engage with guests, particularly with children and their parents.
li>As a first responder, will be trained on Infant, Child and Adult Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defribrillator (AED), Stop The Bleed Training and fire extinguisher procedures to respond to emergencies as needed. Use of complex consoles to receive calls from guests, cast members and vendors requiring assistance and dispatches to resolve situations – will maintain logs of all requests.
li>Completes assigned side work as necessary including but not limited to: polishing silverware, folding/rolling napkins, filling condiment caddies, cleaning beverage side station, slicing and pitting fruit for garnishing drinks, cleaning and maintaining work areas. Ability to work with bar/restaurant equipment including, but not limited to coffee brewers, soda guns, oval trays, glassware and etc.
