Experience must include: leading Software Development in support of administrative operations, conducting technical analyses, creating system models, and estimating development efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams; application Development using .NET, Angular, Visual Studio, LINQ, and Azure Portal (Security and Access Control), leveraging expertise in C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript for API, middleware, and UI development; collaborating with stakeholders to analyze data, create ad-hoc reports and visualizations, design ETL workflows in SSIS to automate business processes and manage databases on SIS and SQL Servers; and maintaining GitHub code repositories, use IIS to deploy applications to Windows Servers, and train end-users on custom systems while resolving day-to-day bottlenecks and bugs. Review vendor-provided patches and service releases, coordinate testing with end users in a non-production environment, and schedule and implement patches with minimized downtime.
