Acts as a liaison between Diagnostic Laboratories, Information Services (IS), and/or external clients on computer system issues, training, security and support; identifies and provides feedback on issues regarding customer needs, requirements, issues/concerns and satisfaction, potential expansion opportunities, competitor activities/strategies, etc. This combination of skill and knowledge results in improved patient outcomes, higher quality services and reduced cost of care for hospitals, blood centers, hospital systems, research and educational institutions, and other health care providers.
