Responsibilities: ?tManage multiple projects on a schedule from scoping to launch ?tInterface with customers on ongoing application improvements, new workflows, and incident triage ?tCoordinate with Customer Success Managers on customer strategy and growth ?tDevelop, update, enhance, and troubleshoot applications for customers ?tMeet with customers to discuss needs and gather requirements to define their workflows ?tAddress outstanding Workato support tickets ?tProvide visibility into project progress, including completed work, pending tasks, and status of builds for all stakeholders, including sales, support, customer success, and supervisor ?tTranslate scope into a comprehensive project plan in order to build the architecture and workflow of their online application ?tDesign databases and build tables, forms, filtered/formatted reports, dashboards and set up user permissions ?tSet proper expectations and meet project milestones ?tAssist with the app deployment and user-acceptance-training on the TrackVia platform ?tConduct post-project retrospectives to assess opportunities for further development and areas for improvement with internal processes ?tAdvocate and promote best practices to ensure long term app success & ownership ?tContribute to process improvement initiatives to advance the quality of our services Requirements: ?tExperience with consultative scoping and problem definition ?tData modeling expertise with sound understanding of relational database principles ?tAnalytical problem solving ?tExcellent written communications: clarity, brevity, grammar ?tExcellent verbal communications: articulate, cooperative, patient, listening skills ?tAdvanced Microsoft Excel or Google Docs User ?tFormulas, logical functions, charts, reports ?tSoftware as a Service (SaaS) application experience ?tStrong project management skills ?tBachelor's degree preferred, but not required ?tTravel Required: 2 times per quarter Pay depending on skill level is $102,000 - $114,000, including potential commission.
