Examples of specialized experience includes comprehensive knowledge of policies, directives, instructions, and concepts pertaining to Joint Awards and Decorations Programs in order to administer and manage the program at the command level, to include developing and maintaining submission requirements, processes, and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines across the Command, Components, Regions, and Separates. Mastery knowledge of a wide range of Military HR regulations, policies, directives, and concepts across all Military Services and the joint environment in order to advise senior leaders and staff on the development of solutions to significant, often politically sensitive personnel matters, and to assist customers with general HR inquiries in the absence of their Service representative.
