Job Overview:

As the Business Development & Channel Development Manager - HP Pumps, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding HP Pumps within the U.S. market. Leveraging the existing SEEPEX commercial network, you will drive market penetration, develop channel partnerships, train sales teams, and create sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the HP Pumps growth strategy across North America.
  • Identify target markets, key applications, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Support strategic customer opportunities and key account development.
  • Act as the HP Pumps product and application expert.
  • Train and coach SEEPEX sales representatives and channel partners.
  • Develop sales tools, competitive positioning, and customer value propositions.
  • Support customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors and representatives.
  • Establish channel development plans and performance expectations.
  • Grow market coverage through strategic channel expansion.
  • Foster strong relationships with distributors and key market influencers.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Provide market and customer feedback to support future product development.
  • Contribute to commercial excellence and long-term business planning.

Requirements:

  • High school Degree or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development, channel management, or product management.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
  • Proven success developing distribution networks and indirect sales channels.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with pumps, fluid handling equipment, rotating equipment, or industrial process technologies.
  • Experience with progressive cavity pumps or positive displacement pump technologies.
  • Knowledge of municipal and industrial wastewater markets.
  • Experience working within a global industrial manufacturing environment.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:

This position is fully remote and requires approximately 50-60% travel

Pay Range:

The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $120,000 - $140,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
