Responsibilities•Lead and evolve HR programs supporting compliance, workforce planning, training, and engagement•Act as primary owner of the HRIS (Paylocity), including reporting, analytics, and system optimization•Manage and develop the HR team, promoting consistent and equitable practices across the company•Handle employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and corrective action•Oversee benefits administration, workers’ compensation, OSHA-related HR matters, and compliance audits•Ensure compliant recruiting processes, support compensation decisions, and participate in hiring activities•Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, company events, and continuous improvement efforts•Collaborate with accounting on recurring HR-related reporting. Qualifications•Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; PHR preferred•5–7 years of progressive HR experience; manufacturing background strongly preferred•Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus)•Strong working knowledge of employment law, compensation, benefits, and employee relations•Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)•Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and prioritization skills•Proven ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
