Perform routine and transactional tasks required to administer HR programs, including payroll support, benefits administration support, leave tracking, performance documentation, disciplinary documentation, investigations support, recognition, morale initiatives, and training coordination. The Human Resources Assistantis responsible for supporting all human resources functions, with an emphasis on recruiting, interviewing and selection, onboarding, training and development, staff communication, and other duties as directed by the Human Resources Manager.
