HRIS Ownership & Workforce Data Governance • Own administration, integrity, and optimization of HRIS (UKG) • Execute employee lifecycle transactions (hires, status changes, compensation updates, separations) • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and personnel records • Produce workforce and compliance reporting (headcount, turnover, LOA tracking, etc.) • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
