While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools and the like, move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces, remain in a stationary position, either standing or sitting for prolonged periods, communicate with others to exchange information, repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, The employee is frequently required to lift and place objects up to 25 lbs., be able to work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies), be exposed to hazardous chemicals. The employee is occasionally required to work in an overhead position and reach, adjust or move objects up to 25 lbs., operate machinery and power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned, identify and inspect objects, work in extremely low or high temperatures, work in outdoor environments such as precipitation and wind, work in small and/or enclosed spaces, traverse flat and non-flat terrain.
