Level B Operate, maintain and repair including, but not limited to: • Any type of oil or gas fired boiler • De aerator • Plant air compressor • Control air compressor • Cooling towers • Operate and maintain the network of piping systems up to the first valve off the main: • This includes the nitrogen system, natural gas system, plant air system, domestic water system; stand by fuel oil system, hot water heating systems, cooling tower systems • Operate, maintain and repair steam traps, steam regulators and condensate movers • Test systems water and adjust chemical treatment levels on all steam boilers, steam condensate, cooling tower water, hot water heating, and chilled water systems. • Enter and retrieve data from the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and/or Process Plants Data, order and requisition parts required to accomplish the assigned tasks and input data as directed by a higher-grade employee or manager except as relates to inventory, store, record, issue, and any other duties related to material support technician.
